Cleveland Browns vs Houston Texans Recap

The Cleveland Browns walked into Houston and got manhandled by the Houston Texans. Houston won 45-to-14 with rookie quarterback CJ Stroud, and rookie head coach Demeco Ryans created a masterclass both on offense and defense. CJ finished the game with 274 yards and 3 touchdowns, having one of the best playoff performances for a rookie QB. Demeco Ryan coaches a perfect game plan against Joe Flacco and the Brown offense. Forcing Flacco to throw two costly pick-sixes ultimately sealed the deal for Houston.

The Browns had a lackluster performance on offense and defense. Credit goes to Clevland for making the playoffs after having to start five different quarterbacks throughout the season. Joe Flacco's magic ultimately ran out, as he had his worst performance of the season. Throwing more touchdowns to the Texan's deference than his receivers. The Brown defense struggled on the road again as they allowed over 29.5 points per game. The Browns gave up over 350 total yards of offense and did not even record a sack on CJ Stroud.

The Texans will face off against the Ravens in next week’s Divisional round.
